Since 2015, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Many people lose touch with the person they are supposed to be for many reasons and seek to find their true selves again but just need a helping hand and support along the way. Person Centred Counselling
My approach is to offer you a space where you feel accepted, listened to and valued. Together we will explore and remove the blocks which have kept you from becoming the person you were meant to be. Life Coaching Session
My approach is not goal orientated and does not require you to ignore your present reality. My approach will encourage you to embark on a journey of self discovery to explore previously untapped skills and resources. This will enable you to access your authentic self to help you to re-engage with your innate strengths and desires. This will allow you to let go of outdated and fixed beliefs to find your true path and finding the life you were meant to lead. Contact me to begin this exploration.
I offer an 8-week mindfulness course either in a small group or 1:1 setting based on the original teachings of Jon Kabut-Zin. Mindfulness meditation is a way cultivating awareness of mind and body and living in the present moment. It is about learning how to live our lives in the here and now, rather than living our lives in a world of thought. Jon Kabut-Zin refers to mindfulness as the art of conscious living , strengthening mental and emotional resilience, as well as, boosting life's satisfaction.
